Terms and Conditions of Use

Platform: the website savinoverto.com and mobile application. User or Client: adult individual who registers on the Platform. Investment Account: User's personal account to manage investments. Investment Products: offered financial instruments (funds, CETES, bonds, etc.). Return: profit generated by investments, expressed as annual percentage.

Savinoverto is a technology platform that facilitates access to regulated investment products. We offer: Investment Accounts with returns from 5.5% to 8.5% annually depending on plan, Investment Plans (Basic, Premium, Elite) with different features, Personalized Financial Advisory according to contracted plan, Analysis Tools and return calculators, and Periodic performance reports. We are NOT a banking institution. We are a SOFOM ENR (Multiple Purpose Financial Company, Unregulated Entity) operating under Mexican legal framework.

To use our services you must: Be over 18 years old, Be a Mexican citizen or foreigner with legal residence in Mexico, Have legal capacity to contract, Provide valid official identification (INE/IFE or passport), Have a CURP and RFC number, Have a bank account in Mexico in your name, Complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, and Accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to reject applications without obligation to justify.

To open an Investment Account: 1) Complete online registration form, 2) Provide required documentation (ID, proof of address), 3) Complete investor profile questionnaire, 4) Accept terms and electronic signature of contract, 5) Make your first transfer (minimum according to plan), 6) Wait for verification (24-48 business hours). Once approved, you will receive email confirmation and can access your account.

Basic Plan: Minimum investment $10,000 MXN, Return 5.5% annual, Withdrawals every 6 months, Management fee 1.5% annual. Premium Plan: Minimum investment $50,000 MXN, Return 7.5% annual, Withdrawals every 3 months, Management fee 1.3% annual, Priority advisory. Elite Plan: Minimum investment $200,000 MXN, Return 8.5% annual, Monthly withdrawals, Management fee 1.0% annual, Dedicated advisor. No maximum investment limit. You can increase your investment anytime.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Investments carry risks. Mentioned returns are projections based on historical performance and are NOT guaranteed. Your investment value may fluctuate. Risk factors include: market volatility, interest rate changes, issuer credit risk, economic conditions, and liquidity risk. Past returns do not guarantee future returns. We diversify your portfolio to mitigate risks, but cannot eliminate them completely. Invest only what you can afford to lose.

You can make deposits through: SPEI transfer (free, immediate crediting), Traditional bank transfer (2-3 business days). Deposits must come from accounts in your name. We do not accept cash, checks, or third-party deposits. Once credited, your money starts generating returns the next business day.

You can request withdrawals according to your plan: Basic Plan: every 6 months (minimum $1,000), Premium Plan: every 3 months (minimum $500), Elite Plan: monthly (no minimum). Early withdrawals (before period): possible with 2% adjustment on generated returns. Process: request on platform, approval 24-48 hours, transfer to your bank account 3-5 business days. No withdrawal fee (subject to your bank's policy).

Our fees are transparent: Management Fee: 1.0% - 1.5% annual depending on plan (automatically deducted from returns), Opening Fee: $0 (FREE), Withdrawal Fee: $0, Deposit Fee: $0, Early Withdrawal Adjustment: 2% on generated returns if you withdraw before period. All fees are plus VAT when applicable.

You commit to: Provide truthful and updated information, Maintain confidentiality of your password, Immediately notify any unauthorized use, Not use platform for illegal activities, Comply with tax obligations of your investments, Not share your account with third parties, Regularly review your account statements. Non-compliance may result in suspension or account cancellation.

We commit to: Protect your information with adequate security measures, Process transactions timely, Provide monthly performance reports, Maintain platform operational 99.5% of time (except maintenance), Respond to inquiries within maximum 48 business hours, Comply with all applicable regulations. We are not responsible for interruptions beyond our control (natural disasters, internet failures, etc.).

All Platform content (design, logos, texts, code, etc.) is property of Savinoverto and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Platform solely for personal investment. Prohibited: copying, modifying, distributing, selling, or reverse engineering the content.

You can close your account anytime: Withdraw all your funds, Send closure request to soporte@savinoverto.com, Confirm closure (irreversible). We may cancel your account if: You provide false information, Violate these Terms, We detect fraudulent activity, You fail to comply with legal obligations. In case of closure by us, funds will be returned (minus applicable fees).

We may modify these Terms occasionally. We will notify you of significant changes with 30 days advance notice by email and platform notice. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of new terms. If you disagree, you can close your account before they take effect.

To the maximum extent permitted by law: We do not guarantee specific returns, We are not responsible for investment losses due to market conditions, Our maximum liability is limited to management fees paid in the last 12 months, We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages. This limitation does not apply to cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

These Terms are governed by laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute will be submitted to: First: mediation or arbitration before CONDUSEF (National Commission for Protection and Defense of Financial Services Users), Second: competent courts of Mexico City if no resolution. You expressly waive any other jurisdiction.

Clause Independence: if any clause is invalid, others remain in force. Entire Agreement: these Terms constitute the complete agreement. Notifications: will be made to registered email address. Language: these Terms are in Spanish. In case of translation, Spanish version prevails. Assignment: you cannot transfer your rights without our consent.
