We collect necessary information to provide our investment services: personal data (full name, date of birth, CURP, RFC), contact information (email, phone, address), financial data (income, credit history, bank account), identification documents (valid INE/IFE, proof of address), and platform usage data.

We use your information to: verify your identity and comply with KYC (Know Your Customer) regulations, assess your investment profile and risk tolerance, process investment transactions and withdrawals, send performance reports and account statements, provide personalized financial advisory, improve our services and user experience, and comply with CONDUSEF and CNBV regulatory obligations.

We implement multiple security layers: 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all communications, encrypted storage on ISO 27001 certified servers, two-factor authentication (2FA) for account access, 24/7 suspicious activity monitoring, daily backups with geographic redundancy, and quarterly security audits conducted by certified third parties.

We share information only when necessary: with financial institutions to process investments and transactions, with Credit Bureaus as required by law, with regulatory authorities (CONDUSEF, CNBV, SAT) when required, with service providers under strict confidentiality agreements, and we NEVER sell your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

You have the right to: Access your personal data we hold, Rectify incorrect or incomplete information, Cancel your information (right to be forgotten), Object to data processing, Revoke your consent at any time, and Limit the use of sensitive data. We retain your information for: As long as you maintain an active account with us, 10 additional years after account closure (legal tax and regulatory requirement), Indefinitely for accounting records and regulatory compliance as established by CNBV. After these periods, your information is securely and irreversibly deleted.

Your data is stored on servers located in Mexico. If international transfers are required (e.g., cloud services), we guarantee the same level of protection through standard contractual clauses approved by INAI and Privacy Shield certifications or equivalents.

Our services are designed for people over 18 years old. We do not intentionally collect information from minors. If we identify that a minor provided information, we will delete it immediately.

We may update this policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will notify you of significant changes by email and through a prominent notice on the platform. The updated version will always be available on our website with the last modification date.
